Return And Exchange

  • We don’t accept any return and only exchange in case of any damage or defect with the opening video.
  • For exchange, customers have to bear all the shipping charges of exchange and ship the parcel by their own.
  •  There is no pickup facility.
  • For exchange, customers have to apply at [email protected] within 48 hours after receiving the parcel.

Instructions 

  • Delivery within 20-25 days, depends on the customer’s area.
  • No exchange and return in case of dislikes (quality, little bit of stain, extra threads, little bit of color change, slight dark or light 18-20 color difference always there as camera/ mobile photography).

 

Hot Deal Product Return And Exchange Policy

  • Hot deal products are sale products which are accessible for a limited time. That’s why these products are not eligible for any return and exchange.
  • A return and exchange policy is not applicable for hot deal.

 

Video Instruction

Message for all customers please make parcel opening video this is beneficial to you and us.

If you don’t have a proper parcel opening video don’t come to complain to us. Proper parcel opening video means proper 360 degree parcel opening video.

Following are the instructions to make a 360 degree parcel opening video.

  • When you receive the parcel, check if it is damaged or not. If it is damaged, don’t take the parcel from the courier company, take a picture of it and send it to our support email.
  • You received the parcel in good condition then sanitized it. Safety first.
  • Keep your phone on airplane mode or don’t receive any call while making video so video will not close.
  • Start video.
  • Show full four corners of the seal parcel.
  • Show address.
  • Open parcel with hand, don’t use any sharp thing to open it, If used no complaint for damage.
  • Check your product count in video, check all products in video, damage, missing, any kind of issue in article complaint there.
  • Video must be 2 minute or more.
  • No single handed video will be acceptable, So don’t complain if we don’t respond to your complaint.
  • One to make a video and One to check parcels.
